Full Spectrum Coaching
Receive coaching sessions for every part of the interview process from the screening to the superintendent.
Basic
- 1 one-hour session
- Session 1 will take place before your actual interview and consist of question analysis and answer insights along with a mock interview.
Pro
- 2 one-hour sessions
- Session 1 will take place before your actual interview and consist of question analysis and answer insights along with a mock interview.
- Session 2 will take place after your actual interview. In this session, your coach will provide feedback based on how you answered the questions.
Elite
- 3 one-hour sessions
- Session 1 and 2 include everything in the Pro level.
- Your third session will include a demo lesson analysis with Danielson connections.
- Using the Danielson Rubric, your coach will analyze your lesson and offer analysis and insights to help you modify your lesson to the expected standard.
Premium
- 5 one-hour sessions
- Session 1-3 include everything in the Pro and Elite level.
- Your remaining sessions will be a combination of mock interviews and the full interview spectrum analysis. In these sessions, your coach will go over every level of the process including screenings, panels and super intendent interviews.
